The great thing about The Sil' is that it isn't a place we can 'actually' assosiate(?) w/ somewhere on Earth. So the creative & imaginative field for Jackson or anyone to work in is HUGE!

Yeah, it's the middle-earth Morgoth indeed!
He is one of the main charachters in Tolkien's book "The Silmarillion" and the boss of Sauron. This is his iron crown. The three orbs are the Silmarils which he set in his crown. The contained the light of the Two Trees.
I'll stop here before it gets too nerdy... Just enjoy the pic...

By Morgoth, you mean the one from middle-earth? I admit, I never tried to figure out how he'd look like, but I could imagine him like that.
